Putting together an event is a multi-faceted operation. We understand budgets and can help you build a worry-free day based on your needs.

For daytime events, let us know what kind of event you are envisioning along with your budget and group size and we will provide an estimate.

For larger evening parties, the Deeley Exhibition also rents out the curated Motorcycle Exhibition and the 1,800 square foot foyer space. The rental fee will depend on the amount of time and space you require for your event, along with the day and time of the event.

We book full day 8 hour blocks (including set up and tear down), or half day 4 hour blocks (including set up and tear down).

For events that require additional time beyond 8 hours, an hourly fee will be applied. Our venue fee includes one room set-up and standard tables and chairs.

A/V equipment and other supplies are a la carte based on usage. We arrange for all food service requirements during the event, and food and beverage is calculated per person. Access to the motorcycle exhibition for private or self-guided tours is also available for conference room attendees at a reduced rate.

For evening events, outside caterers are permitted for those clients who prefer to plan their own event. Event planning services are available for clients that require assistance at an additional charge.
