Located off Highway 1 at 1st Avenue on the Vancouver/Burnaby border, our stunning and unique event destination features a curated vintage motorcycle museum, conference room, and multi-functional foyer.

As a premium venue, our clients value quality and know that comfortable and well-fed attendees – be they employees, partners or customers – will better listen to, participate in, and absorb the content of your message, the primary goal of meeting!  

Our beautifully groomed courtyard provides an ideal backdrop for business meetings, training sessions, cocktail parties and other corporate events.

Our conference room can be adjusted to suit your needs, ranging from 1,350 to 1,800 square feet. The amount of space you require will depend on:

  • The type of event you want
  • Your preferred room layout
  • The number of organizers and attendees
  • Additional equipment or display requirements

For larger or evening events, clients have the option of a full or partial venue buyout rental, which includes the foyer, conference room and motorcycle exhibition.  


Our location is ideal for guests with mobility challenges, with wheelchair friendly routes throughout the building as well as a wheelchair elevator. The washroom facilities accommodate both families and individuals with special needs. Our venue is available for bookings 7 days a week.

Rentals for our conference room are based on 4 and 8-hour windows (including set up and tear down), with options to rent part or all of our venue for larger or evening events. Your price will depend on the physical space, services (A/V, food and beverage, and staffing) and time required to execute your event.

For daytime conference room events, no self or outside catering is permitted. We offer a variety of individually packaged, healthy cold or hot lunch options, that will be safely handled and delivered to each attendee in accordance to all provincial health and safety protocols.  

We are fully equipped with a range of professional quality A/V equipment, linens, tables and other supplies available to you on an as-needed basis. Our reasonably priced, a la carte offerings include:

  • A 9000 lumen 4K overhead projector
  • Clear, crisp, Dolby 5.1 surround sound system
  • Floor to ceiling cinema quality screen
  • Robust wifi with your own private network and password
  • Lapel and wireless handheld microphones
  • Laser pointer and slide advance remote
  • Custom A/V services
  • Flip charts, white boards and easels
  • High top and low top tables
  • Table linens

We are happy to connect you with our reliable preferred suppliers for services or equipment that we are unable to provide in-house.

For large or evening events, in addition to the conference room, the Deeley Exhibition also rents out the curated motorcycle exhibition and/or the open foyer space. For venue buyout options, pricing will vary based on the amount of time, space and amenities required. Outside caterers are permitted for venue buyout packages.

Parking is free in our front lot and on surrounding streets.
